  NanoFMG (NanoFiber Membranes Group) studies over nano structured materials and nanotechnology based composite nanofiber production since 2005. The aim of NanoFMG, that is developing continuously R&D, is to improve the nanofiber production processes that are performed in laboratory conditions by electrospinning method, in order to produce industrial systems and machines and convert the polymer nanofibers to commercial products. Under this subject, our studies are covered by SAN-TEZ Projects of "Ministry of Industry" and supported by TUBITAK.
 
NANO FMG developed the nanofiber production studies that is started as a "TUBITAK Project" in less then 2 years and became an expert R&D company on solution-oriented projects for industrial nanofiber production
 
 
  NANOFMG is at the stage of manufacturing for a prototype machine, that is producing nanofibers at demanded capacity level. By courtesy of this prototype, it will be possible to use nanofibers themselves or as a lamination in different areas.   Due to high porous structure, small fiber diameters, water proofness, and easy to adding nanoparticles or finishing materials to the polymer solution, antibacterial, antistatic, perfume releasing, super absorbancy, antibiotics and alike properties can be easily brought in the structure of membranes.

Altough Nanofiber production via Electrospinning has known since 20 years by industry, it doesn't became industrial until 5 years ago. In past years, studies done in universites in USA, Europe and others, increased the production capacity of electrospinning process. The studies performed by scientists are proving that nanofibers will bring revolutionart innovations.
